Hi there, I'm Jess!
When I'm not documenting passionate, loving couples I am probably lounging around reading my Kindle, watering (or killing) my plants or snuggled up with my fur babies.
I'm a 29-year-old girl passionate about capturing intimate moments and I find fulfillment + joy in life by connecting with others. I am also a compassionate nurse, loving wife + proud dog mama to my sweet boys, Jackson + Hamilton.

I started this photography journey truthfully as an escape from the burnout I experienced as a new nurse in an emotionally exhaustive field. Don't get me wrong, I love being a nurse and truly feel that I was put in this world to help others. But I wanted an outlet, a way to fill my creative cup while documenting life for very special people. I had a dream where I would be able to execute the same empathy, compassion and love I do for my patients but behind the camera.
When dreams become reality...
I started with a beginner camera and took photos of basically anything + everything. I begged all of my friends to model for me and spent hours teaching myself the ins + outs of my camera as well as perfecting my editing techniques.
I will forever be thankful to those that have been with me from the beginning, without them I wouldn't be out here living my dream of documenting the passion + love that my couples and families share.
